Terms applicable to the digital products offered by Bordando con Fru.
Stitching Tracker · application, licence and account
Stitching Tracker is a digital service provided through an independent web application. There are four permanent editions: LITE, YT LITE, PRO and YT PRO. Each licence enables its edition’s features. The eligible 24-hour YT PRO trial is separate from a permanent purchase and does not prove ownership for an upgrade.
Your Stitching Tracker account is separate from your Stitching with Fru website account. Create or use your account in the app and redeem the single-use licence code received by email. Your private area on the website provides your product and manual; it does not store your code or automatically link the two accounts.
Once payment and, for upgrades, your current licence have been checked, we will issue your licence manually and email it to the address on your order, usually within 24–48 hours. Placing an order does not mean your licence has been delivered.
After your Stitching Tracker order is successfully recorded, an automatic confirmation is sent to the email you provided. It includes the reference, summary, payment instructions and a fixed copy of the applicable terms identified by legal version. Bank transfers include the bank details. Keep this email as your contractual copy; its links are supplementary. It does not confirm payment or licence delivery. The service does not begin and no licence is delivered before this confirmation is sent. If it does not arrive, contact support without repeating the order.
All orders use the same order form, available in Spanish and English. Final prices are shown in EUR and are the same in Spanish and English. PayPal, Bizum or bank transfer instructions appear after the order is recorded. You make payment and the owner verifies it before manually issuing the licence.
Upgrades require a current permanent licence for this application, checked manually. The permitted pairs are LITE → YT LITE, LITE → PRO, LITE → YT PRO, YT LITE → PRO, YT LITE → YT PRO and PRO → YT PRO. YT PRO has no further upgrade.
Redeeming an upgrade replaces your current permanent edition with the selected edition. Your account will then have the features included in that edition; the two editions are not combined.
PRO replaces YT LITE. Your account will have the features included in PRO. YT LITE features that are not included in PRO, including YouTube statistics, will no longer be available after redemption.
A licence is linked to your Stitching Tracker account when you correctly redeem the single-use code. The code cannot be reused. An upgrade does not combine two licences or create or restart a trial.
Previous purchases of other products retain their history and resources; they do not automatically become licences for this application or prove ownership of a source edition.

TERMS APPLICABLE TO THIS STITCHING TRACKER ORDER

Service:
an independent web application for tracking stitching. The permanent edition selected in the order summary enables only its included features. Use a compatible browser; operations that change data require a connection. Projects, sessions, stitches, calendar, import/export and backups are available according to the edition. Compatible fixes may be incorporated; they do not automatically grant other editions.
Account and licence:
your Stitching Tracker account is separate from your Stitching with Fru website account. Create or use your app account and redeem there the single-use licence code sent in a later email. The code cannot be reused; redemption binds the licence to that account. Your private area on the website provides your product and manual; it does not store your code or automatically link the accounts. Each account has one current permanent edition.
All orders use the same order form, available in Spanish and English. Final prices are shown in EUR and are the same in Spanish and English. You can pay using PayPal, Bizum or bank transfer.
Order and payment:
the summary gives the final EUR amount for the selection made in the order. Recording an order does not prove payment or activate access or a licence. Pay using your selected method and the instructions in this email. The owner manually checks receipt, amount and reference. This automatic order confirmation contains your contractual copy; it is not licence delivery. Keep the whole email.
Delivery:
after payment and, for upgrades, your current licence have been verified, we manually issue and email the licence to your order address, usually within 24–48 hours after the checks. The service does not begin and no licence is delivered before this contractual confirmation has been sent.
Upgrades:
require a current permanent licence for this app and authoritative manual verification of the source edition; a purchaser declaration alone is insufficient for issuance. The only permitted pairs are LITE → YT LITE, LITE → PRO, LITE → YT PRO, YT LITE → PRO, YT LITE → YT PRO and PRO → YT PRO. YT PRO has no later upgrade. Other combinations and downgrades are not permitted. Your contracted source and target appear in the summary.
Replacement:
redeeming an upgrade replaces the current permanent edition with the selected edition; they are not combined. For YT LITE → PRO, PRO replaces YT LITE: YT LITE features not included in PRO, including YouTube statistics, are no longer available after redemption. An upgrade does not create or restart a trial.
Trial and history:
the 24-hour YT PRO trial for eligible accounts is independent of a purchase. After a trial you may acquire any of the four permanent editions; this is an acquisition, not an upgrade or a trial restart. Historical purchases, rights and resources for other products remain separate; they do not automatically convert or prove ownership of a source licence.
Service start and withdrawal:
Stitching Tracker is a digital service. Generally you have 14 days from concluding the contract to notify withdrawal through an unequivocal statement to soporte@stitchingwithfru.com with your name and order reference. You may, without obligation, use: “I withdraw from my Stitching Tracker contract, order [reference], concluded on [date]. Name [name], email [email], date [date].” Voluntary returns are not offered; mandatory statutory rights and applicable exceptions remain. You expressly requested that performance may begin during the statutory withdrawal period. If you withdraw after requesting an early start, a proportionate charge for the service already provided may apply where legally applicable. Loss of the right occurs after full performance with prior consent and acknowledgement of that consequence; it does not result merely from recording an order or beginning the service. Statutory conformity rights and other mandatory rights remain. Support handles incidents, corrections, exceptions and disputes manually.
Order privacy:
Bordando con Fru processes your name, email, selection, method, amount and acceptances to administer the contract, send confirmation and manually deliver the licence. Data is retained during administration and for legally required periods. Current infrastructure and mail providers, including Deno, Supabase and Brevo, act as necessary for those purposes. Contractual email is not marketing; news requires separate permission. Request access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights at soporte@stitchingwithfru.com; you may complain to the data protection authority. Your app account is separate and this website does not access your private projects.

Service start and withdrawal
Stitching Tracker is provided as a digital service. If you expressly request performance to begin during the withdrawal period, the service may begin before that period has ended.
We do not offer voluntary returns. Mandatory consumer rights and the exceptions described in our purchase terms remain applicable. If you expressly request the service to begin during the statutory withdrawal period, a proportionate charge for the service already provided may apply where legally applicable. Loss of the right after full performance requires your prior consent and acknowledgement. Support handles exceptional cases and disputes manually.
To exercise an applicable statutory right or request support with an order, payment, delivery or access, write to soporte@stitchingwithfru.com. Corrections compatible with your edition may be incorporated into the application; this does not automatically grant other editions.
General purchase terms
1. Products
The products offered on this website are digital products related to organising and tracking cross stitch projects and materials. Their nature and access depend on the product purchased.
- Inventario Profesional is provided through a private web application. Access to its functions depends on the licence and modules purchased.
- The private area of Bordando con Fru provides resources associated with each purchase. These may include templates, manuals, videos, licence details, activation codes, access links or other digital materials described on the product page.
2. Purchase process
- Complete the relevant order form.
- Provide a valid email to manage the order and access the resources associated with the purchase.
- Select the desired version, edition, add-on or module, depending on the product.
- Choose an indicated payment method.
- Accept the terms applicable to the order.
3. Price
The price of each product, version, add-on or module is shown on this website. The total amount in the forms is calculated according to the selected options.
4. Payment method
Payment is made using the methods indicated during the purchase process, currently PayPal, Bizum or bank transfer, as applicable. Recording an order does not confirm payment. For a bank transfer, pay after placing the order and use your full name as the payment reference; access or a licence is delivered only after payment has been received and manually verified.
This website does not request or store bank or card details within the order form.
5. Delivery
Delivery is manual and takes place after payment verification.
For Inventario Profesional, a single-use activation code for the purchased licence is generated after payment verification. The private area of this website provides purchase details, licence type, included modules, activation code and available resources.
To start using Inventario Profesional, open the application, choose “First activation”, create your account and use the single-use activation code to activate your licence.
Once correctly used, the activation code cannot be reused and the licence is linked to the account created during first activation.
Delivery normally takes approximately 24–48 hours from payment verification.
6. Nature of and access to the products
Inventario Profesional is provided through a private web application. Access requires an account and a licence activated using the single-use code corresponding to the purchase. The application displays only the functions and modules included in that licence.
Inventario Profesional can be used in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone. You may remain signed in on up to three personal devices.
Inventario Profesional operations that change data require an Internet connection. If the application was already loaded, limited viewing may remain available during a temporary loss of connection.
Inventario Profesional supports downloading data backups in .ihcopia format and checking and recovering information using the options available in the application.
The private area of Bordando con Fru provides access to resources associated with purchases. Inventario Profesional is used independently through its own web address.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have the statutory withdrawal period applicable to distance contracts, unless a legally prescribed exception applies.
Inventario Profesional is provided as a digital service. If you expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period, the service may begin before that period has ended.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal after expressly requesting that Inventario Profesional performance begin during that period, a proportionate amount for the service already provided may be payable where legally applicable.
For service contracts, once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply if performance began with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgement that this right would be lost after full performance.

8. Updates and improvements
For Inventario Profesional, corrections and improvements compatible with the purchased edition may be incorporated directly into the application.
If an Inventario Profesional update requires action from you, the relevant instructions will be provided.
9. New add-ons and modules
New add-ons or modules developed independently are not automatically included in previous purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.
For Inventario Profesional, the licence permits use only of the edition and modules purchased. Additional modules may be purchased later when commercially available.
10. News and launch communications
With your express permission, Bordando con Fru may send email communications about news, improvements, updates and new launches related to the brand’s activities.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to soporte@stitchingwithfru.com.
11. Private area, account and access
Access to the private area of Bordando con Fru is linked to the email used to manage the purchase. You are responsible for providing a correct email and protecting your access credentials.
Your Inventario Profesional account is separate from access to the private area of Bordando con Fru. During first activation, create your account in the application and use the single-use activation code to link the purchased licence to it.
You are responsible for protecting your access credentials and using signed-in sessions only on your personal devices.
