When your needs change

Redeeming an upgrade replaces your current permanent edition with the selected edition. Your account will then have the features included in that edition; the two editions are not combined.
Your projects and data are retained. Your source licence is checked before an upgrade is issued.

Coming from the previous system?
Analyse a compatible XLSX export from LITE, YT LITE, PRO or YT PRO, up to 8 MiB. Review projects, sessions and warnings before importing into an account with no projects. Moving records does not convert a previous purchase into a new licence.
Your account, up to three devices
Use a compatible browser on your computer, tablet or phone. You can keep up to three recognised personal devices and manage them in the app. Your Stitching Tracker account is separate from your Stitching with Fru website account.
Backups you can restore
Create private backups of your data so you can restore them when needed. Analyse a compatible file before restoring: it replaces current records rather than merging them. Export remains available after access ends.
Purchase and support
Know what happens next.
Choose your edition and complete the order form. You can pay using PayPal, Bizum or bank transfer. You will receive payment instructions and an automatic confirmation; after payment verification, we will issue your licence manually.
For bank transfers, pay after placing your order and use your full name as the payment reference. Access or a licence is delivered only after payment has been received and manually verified.
Choose and place an order
Choose a new licence or an upgrade from your current permanent edition. Each option’s price is checked before confirmation.
Receive your licence by email
Once payment and, for upgrades, your current licence have been checked, we will issue your licence manually and email it to the address on your order, usually within 24–48 hours. Placing an order does not mean your licence has been delivered.
Activate your own account
Your Stitching Tracker account is separate from your Stitching with Fru website account. Create or use your account in the app and redeem the single-use licence code received by email. Your private area on the website provides your product and manual; it does not store your code or automatically link the two accounts.

Does PRO include the YouTube tools?
No. PRO includes advanced My progress analysis. YT LITE includes the YT tools. YT PRO brings together both sets of features and the shared core tools.
Can I change from YT LITE to PRO?
PRO replaces YT LITE. Your account will have the features included in PRO. YT LITE features that are not included in PRO, including YouTube statistics, will no longer be available after redemption.
Does my trial qualify me for an upgrade?
No. Upgrades require a permanent licence. After the trial you can buy LITE, YT LITE, PRO or YT PRO as a new licence; it does not create or restart a trial.
Does my previous product purchase qualify?
Your existing rights and resources are retained, but do not automatically become a licence for this application. Migration tools transfer compatible records, not purchases or licences.
Does signing into my website account sign me into the app?
Your Stitching Tracker account is separate from your Stitching with Fru website account. Create or use your account in the app and redeem the single-use licence code received by email. Your private area on the website provides your product and manual; it does not store your code or automatically link the two accounts.
What if I lose the licence email?
Your private area on the website gives you the product and manual, but does not store the code. Contact support to review your order; do not buy again for this reason.
Which purchase terms apply?
We do not offer voluntary returns. Mandatory consumer rights and the exceptions described in our purchase terms remain applicable. If you expressly request the service to begin during the statutory withdrawal period, a proportionate charge for the service already provided may apply where legally applicable. Loss of the right after full performance requires your prior consent and acknowledgement. Support handles exceptional cases and disputes manually.
